Rated 1 de 5 por de Wonderful, when I can use it The print quality and speed are outstanding, but when I upgraded to Windows 11 it started going offline almost every time I tried to use it. I have tried everything I can find online about correcting this, but no joy. It's pretty much a brick.

Rated 1 de 5 por de MFC J6935DW PRINTER The machine is slow and noisy. Inks dry out quickly and leak inside the machine. Inks are costly. Every so often, it gets out of alignment, and the user should spend a lot of time realigning it. The machine is too heavy. The LCD menu is not sensitive. The Wifi features are horrible (not stable, compatible, and robust). Technical support is not good either.

The downfall that we have is that after downloading Windows 11, some of the printers are unable to scan from the machine to the pc. Otherwise everything is great.

Rated 2 de 5 por de Disappointed Based on early reviews, I paid a premium price for what was thought would be a premium printer. I am disappointed. Almost every time I try to print, I get a warning that my MFC-J6935DW "Cannot print to the networked printer Please check the following:" I then have to shut down the machine and restart it, wait until it reestablishes a connection to my network, and then continue to wait unit it shows "Receiving data." Print quality is mediocre at best. I print a lot of CAD images and I cannot get consistent line quality no matter how many times I run the alignment utility. Every print contains jagged lines that should be straight. One of the big selling points of this series of printers was low ink cost. That has not been my experience. My MFC-J6935DW uses a lot more ink than I expected and it uses a lot of colored ink even though at least 95% of my prints are set to "Grayscale print." If there's a black ink only option, I haven't been able to find it. I use the scanner infrequently, but the reflective scanner pad on the underside of the AFD is already badly wrinkled and deformed. If I want to upgrade my software or firmware I have to agree to allow Brother to extract "data" from my machine. What kind of data they're collecting and what they're doing with it isn't clear in their privacy policy. I was loyal to another printer brand for almost thirty years. When their product quality fell off I decided to try Brother. In general, all brands of printers are notorious for poor quality and unreliability. It's possible that the early positive reviews of the MFC-J6935DW created expectations that were too high. I guess I'll have to keep looking.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Top Geschwindigkeit Bin extrem überrascht von der guten Qualität und der extrem hohen Geschwindigkeit. A4 und A3 aus den Laden möglich. Sehr schnelle Trocknung der Tinte. Kein verschmieren. Haben das Gerät nun 2 Monate im Betrieb und sind absolut begeistert. Danke Brother für solche Produkte. 3 Jahre Vor Ort Garantie sind natürlich zu diesem Preis die Krönung.
